Lesley Crowther Fore

Lesley is currently working with the Richmond Region Energy Alliance as a Senior Consultant. Previously, she spent eight years with the highly successful Local Energy Alliance Program (LEAP) in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she was Executive Director. Lesley is a nonprofit professional who has cultivated expertise in the operations of an energy alliance, especially in working with utility programs. She has held many leadership and communications roles with nonprofits including The Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello), the GreenBlue Institute, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Lesley has sat on many boards and organizations such as the Dominion EnergyShare Customer Advisory Board, VAEEC, the Charlottesville Affordable Housing Committee, and the Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Coalition. She has a B.A. from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.
