Stephen Evanko

Stephen Evanko is the Managing Director of Energy and Sustainability for Dominion Due Diligence Group (D3G) and he is responsible for multifamily energy benchmarking, energy audits, energy modeling and green building consulting to support green financing. He has worked in the sustainability industry for the past fourteen years and is certified as a LEED AP, BPI MF Building Analyst and Healthy Homes Evaluator, and NGBS Green Verifier. Prior to D3G, Stephen launched and led Capital One’s Environmental Sustainability Office and sustainability strategy. Stephen has served as the Chairman of the Richmond Region Energy Alliance, serves on the board of the Virginia Poverty Law Center and Virginia Energy Efficiency Alliance and participates in the Virginia Multifamily Energy Efficiency Coalition.
