Sean Evensen-Shanley

As Director of Residential Operations, Sean oversees Viridiant’s single family programs including EarthCraft House, provides Technical Advisor oversight and acts as RESNET Quality Assurance Designee. In addition to those responsibilities, Sean will be assisting in piloting new programs within the single family marketplace. Sean has been a certified HERS rater since 2008 and has worked on a range of new construction and renovation projects for single family and multifamily buildings, including ones pursuing Energy Star, EarthCraft, LEED for Homes, WaterSense, and Indoor airPLUS certifications. Sean serves as the primary RESNET and LEED for Homes QAD for Viridiant. He graduated from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Arts in New Media and from VCU with a Master of Environmental Studies.
