Neeharika Naik-Dhungel

Neeharika Naik-Dhungel is a Program Manager at EPA’s CHP Partnership Program where she provides the lead on CHP technical and policy issues. She previously worked in the private and the non-profit sectors primarily with municipalities and Fortune 100 companies (in the energy, chemicals, and pulp and paper sectors). Her areas of expertise are energy and environment regulatory, policy and technical issues. She has wide ranging experience in clean energy markets, energy and environment policies, energy efficiency evaluation and measurement methods, environmental regulatory compliance, and power plant and transmission line siting. Neeharika has a Master’s in Theoretical Nuclear Physics and in Energy Management and Policy.
