Jessa Coleman

Jessa Coleman is the Programs Manager for PACE Financial Servicing (PFS). In this role, she manages the MD-PACE and Montgomery County C-PACE programs and is responsible for all daily administrative tasks associated with the programs. She manages all of MD-PACE’s online media communications and regularly publishes content for MD-PACE’s online platforms. She is the PFS’s primary representative in the Mid-Atlantic and represents the MD-PACE and Montgomery County C-PACE programs to stakeholders regularly: she represents the program to financial parties, runs all contractor trainings, and fields all calls and emails from potential borrowers and their representatives. Jessa also works closely with local economic development coordinators to host educational outreach events throughout Maryland. Jessa has overseen the closure of $7 million of C-PACE financing in the state of Maryland to date. Jessa recently received a commendation from the Montgomery County Council for her advocacy on behalf of the environment. Jessa received a Master’s in Management from HEC Paris, specializing in Sustainability and obtaining a certificate in Energy & Finance. She holds a BA in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC.
